The Procedures: A Coordinated Full-Body Approach
Teyarna's surgery was performed by Dr Theerapong at Bangpakok 8 Hospital in Bangkok — a private hospital we partner with for its exceptional surgical standards, attentive nursing care, and modern facilities. Her procedures were split across two surgery sessions to manage surgical time safely, with liposuction work staged accordingly.
Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer and Breast Lift
Teyarna opted for 550cc implants, supplemented with fat transfer to the breasts for a more natural projection and fullness in the upper pole. A breast lift (mastopexy) was performed concurrently, repositioning the nipple-areola complex and removing excess skin to give a lifted, youthful profile. The combination of implant, fat, and lift is one of the most involved breast procedures we coordinate — but for women who've experienced significant volume loss and ptosis, it produces results that implant-only or lift-only procedures simply can't match.
Full Belt Lipectomy — Extended Tummy Tuck
This was the cornerstone of Teyarna's transformation. A standard tummy tuck addresses the front of the abdomen, but a full belt lipectomy takes it 360 degrees — removing excess skin and tightening tissue all the way around the torso. For patients with significant circumferential laxity (common after major weight loss), this is often the only procedure that delivers a truly cohesive result.
Teyarna's extended tummy tuck included aggressive muscle repair and skin resection at the front, with the belt extending across her flanks and into the lower back region. Liposuction to the upper and lower sides of the waist was incorporated to refine the transition zones and sculpt a more defined silhouette — areas where loose skin and residual fat can otherwise leave a result looking unfinished.
Buttocks Lift with Autologous Tissue Augmentation
Rather than implants, Teyarna's gluteal augmentation was achieved using her own tissue — a technique that utilises the excised skin and fat from the belt lipectomy to add volume and projection to the buttocks. This approach is increasingly preferred for post-weight loss patients because it improves the buttocks without introducing a foreign implant, and the results integrate completely naturally with the surrounding tissue. Her gluteal lift simultaneously elevated and rounded the buttocks, addressing the flat and deflated appearance that so often accompanies significant body change.
Thigh Lift
Teyarna's thigh lift was tailored to her preference. Rather than a vertical inner thigh scar, she elected for a panty line incision that tracks horizontally from the groin crease out toward the sides of the thighs — keeping any scarring entirely within the bikini line. This approach focuses on lifting the upper portion of the inner thigh and addressing medial thigh laxity from above, rather than the more traditional vertical technique. For women who are comfortable with their thigh skin texture but want improved contour and lift without a visible scar below the underwear line, this is often the right call.
Liposuction (Two Sessions)
Liposuction was performed across two surgical sessions as part of Teyarna's overall body contouring plan. Target areas included the upper and lower waist flanks — key zones for creating hourglass definition that integrates cohesively with the belt lipectomy and lift results.

Her accommodation was at the Chatrium Residence Sathorn — a serviced apartment-style property that's one of our preferred stays for recovery clients. She was in a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite for the full duration, with her companion included. Chatrium's buffet breakfast was included daily, which matters more than it might sound: good nutrition during recovery is not a small thing, and having a hot meal without having to think about it takes real load off a recovering patient.

Teyarna arrived January 4 and departed January 21 — 17 nights that took her from pre-operative consultations through to the early stages of recovery, with our team present across the whole journey.
